The Weapon Shops of Isher

4784 years after its founding, the Empire of Isher ruled the Solar System, and an impetuous and willful girl ruled the Empire. Into this scientific wonderland, a time-shaking bombshell was tossed, in the form of a man from 1951, victim of a conflict which was older than the Empire and which now threatened the end of both Isher and its worlds.

Here we meet such characters as Cayle Clark, who could never lose at cards; Robert Hedrock, who knew everyone's secrts; and Peter Cadron, who openly sold illegal super-weapons in public. And the Empress Innelda Isher, who could never undrestand the word "No."
