Graduate School in Astronomy: X Special Courses at the National Observatory of Rio de Janeiro; X CCE (AIP Conference Proceedings / Astronomy and Astrophysics)

These proceedings collect lectures presented at the X Special Courses of the Graduate School in Astronomy of the Observatório Nacional in Brazil. This is the 10th annual school, which gathers graduate students and post-docs in astronomy and astrophysics. Four specialists from different areas are invited annually to present a course of lectures in their field of research. This year’s lectures cover planetary disks, globular clusters, dwarf galaxies, and cosmology.
