Put Out The Fire

Getting upset, developing a vengeful attitude, committing violent acts, thinking negative thoughts, becoming argumentative, raising your voice, using sharp words or cursing, as well as holding things in and refusing to let them go, are all symptoms of not controlling your anger. What's more, the longer you ignore your anger and fail to deal with it, the worse it will become. David tells us in Psalm 37:8 "Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret.it leads only to evil." With these words he is warning you and me to put out the fire of our anger before it consumes us.
