Nanoelectronics: Devices, Circuits, and Systems

The book provides information on all aspects of modern nanoelectronics. It does not require advanced mathematics or hard knowledge of chemistry, and approaches the issue from the engineering point of view, with physics used when needed. Every chapter includes questions for understanding and topics for discussion. Problems will also be supplied at the end of the book on selective issues where the students need to practice some calculations and use their skills in order to compare different devices and systems.
