A VEIL LIFTED

'A Veil Lifted' is an autobiography about a particularly painful chapter in Terri's life. The book speaks of Terri's struggles with depression, and with trying to cope with the deaths of her parents, especially the death of her mother. 'A Veil Lifted' is written as a tribute to the two of them, and to the impact that their lives had on Terri’s life, and continues to have to this day. Terri's hope is that 'A Veil Lifted' will lift the 'veil of shame' that Terri’s mother carried with her to her death. 'A veil of shame' is the result of a lifetime of secrets and lies.
