Since around nine decades age , the time for first published work appearing on immunology of ageing till now, five main topics have been elucidated. Though still its inherent complexity existed. These topics one as fallows ; first, the theories of imununosenescence ; second the nature of senescent immune system ; third the mechanisms responsible for immunosenece, and fourth the mechanisms responsible for the diseases associated with immunosenescence as well as fifth the animal models for immunosenesnce . These together with a monographic review to the immunosenscence research in this area are being included in this book. It is valid for immunologist whom interested in immunsenescence and longevity.
