Inter-Republican Cooperation of the Russian Republic

This work documents the inter-governmental relations between Russia and its newly independent neighbours from the early 1990's - highlighting these relations over the fragmentation of the USSR, and focusing on Russia's identification with the separatist nations that had once been a part of it.
