Views of local people, their necessities, aspirations, indigenous knowledge and skills, their popular participation must be incorporated and ensured for the true success of entire ?Micro Level Planning' process while local resource mobilization must form the focal point of all the planning efforts. Through ?Micro Level Planning' it is possible to go area by area and tackle their overall development in a disaggregated way. Poor people must be the parts and parcels of aforesaid ?Micro Level Planning' process and simultaneously the deprived sections of the society and marginalized sectors of the economy should not be overlooked.
