Wear and Tribological behavior of MMC's

This book is intented to give a comprehensive idea about the SiC particle reinforced wear and tribological behavior of ZA27 MMC. ZA27 was widely used as a bearing alloy and the need to enrich the wear properties was a major need. In this book research was carried out to improve the wear resistance of the ZA27 MMC's and also to suggest different techniques to incorporate SiC particles in the matrix master alloy.
