Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF): A Pocket Guide

MOF is Microsoft's structured approach to help customers to achieve operational excellence on the Microsoft platform. This recent publication describes the Microsoft Operations Framework: a set of best practices, principles and models that is meant to expand, not substitute, 'best practice' ITIL.
