This study examines how Nemesis, a small call center located in the south of France, deployed an advanced IP telephony solution from Avaya, designed to meet the needs of a small-to-medium business. The decision to deploy an IP telephony system is analyzed, along with concrete results and experiences at Nemesis. The analysis includes advantages and disadvantages to be considered by small-to-medium businesses.
