From the supplier: The first arrest under California's new workers' compensation fraud laws was made in Sonoma County, CA, when Fireman's Fund Insurance Co supplied authorities with a videotape that showed a claims applicant who had claimed incapacitating back and shoulder injuries playing soccer and dancing. Fireman's Fund had denied Jaime Cendejas' claim on the basis of the videotape, but forwarded the evidence to authorities for prosecution under the new law.
