From the supplier: The University of Regina's Faculty of Physical Activity Studies decided to form a partnership with an alternative high school, the Continuation Options Re-Entry Education (CORE), in developing a wellness program. The purpose of the program was to foster improved self-esteem and greater awareness of recreational activities among CORE students. The program has been successful in promoting self-confidence, physical fitness and positive social skills to its participants.
