A bunch of poetry, from my online blog. I really like this one, so I shall put it for cheap here is a preview.

CONFIDENCE:

You must appear to
have confidence in this world,
or you will be eaten alive.
So I strive to show,
my narcissistic side
but if you read my poetry,
you will see my ego
has died, and reincarnated,
many, many times.
I am self-aware,
so I shine, but
the confidence
is only in the words I twist.
It sure brings bliss,
but if you do not have it,
you are burned like a spiff.
When you become aware
of yourself, you will lift.
So high, feel foolishly fly,
Confidence is a bit of a lie,
but one cannot live without the lie,
so continue to ask why
until you die,
or just go on and strive
to fly, without wings,
wonderfully wielding fortitude,
frantically figuring out
who I really am.
