Immortal of the Night: From Life to Death (A Vampire Horror Story)

After spending five years with monks in a monastery, Jack Randal was hoping to go back to his normal vampire life only to find out that all existing vampires had been wiped out by a blood contamination. Jack for sure thought he was the last of his kind that is until he came across a girl that had been clearly left for dead by a vampire. He knew exactly what had happened as he touched the girl’s bleeding neck. He was able to see a glimpse of culprit and realized he was not alone. But he didn’t get a sense that he was safe either. And even though Jack didn’t feel like a vampire anymore. Something inside of him stirred up. Would he be charged as murderer or be forced to find himself once again, as a vampire? And who was this other creature and what did she want with him?

“That may well be true, but they think what I want them to think and I am a little surprised to see that you let them take you in. You could’ve easily snapped their necks, or just made yourself scarce, but you didn’t do that.”

“This coming from a man that slaughtered villages just for fun or at the very least turned the innocent into one of them. You may not remember me, but I certainly remember you sir.” She was telling me that I was responsible for what she became, and now she was exacting some sort of revenge to get back at me. “You see, I am over 300 years old, and you and your brethren came to my village and had your way with it. At first it was just forcing yourselves on the women, but then you turned your attention to the younger ones and that is how I came into being.”
