A Sign of Love

Blair has always loved her aunts Victorian mansion in Devon, Maine. When her aunt dies, Blair finds out she has inherited the house, but so has someone else, and it's a man she doesn't know. Her Aunt Jessica stipulates in her will that Blair and this man must occupy the house for one year or forfeit the house to a charity auction. Was her aunt insane? The lawyer tell them both they must stay in the house AND come to an agreement about what will happen to the house. Blair wants to make it a Bed and Breakfast, but Mr. Taylor, the other party, has other plans entirely and Blair won't want to hear them. How is she going to live in a home with a man she doesn't know? Will they both get what they desire--or not?
