The Contortionist Quilter

John took a day off from his home based quilting business to visit the quaint Whittier County Fair. In a valley shadowed by green Whittier hills, the fair was a throwback to more innocent times. Besides the aging carnival rides, there were even sideshow tents featuring various freaks of nature. One sideshow tent displayed the faded image of a beautiful contortionist. This caught John's attention and drew him inside. Drew him inside to a horror that went beyond his most frightening nightmares.
