     Executive Confidential is a work of fiction in which a retired CEO and investor describes how he made his millions.
    
     The narrator recounts his long and -- by most measures -- very successful business career.  He has worked his way up the ladder, dispatched with a few competitors and, well, not always treated employees and local communities in the kindest possible way.  Too bad.  He got rich in the process, very rich.  He divulges a great many of the dark secrets by which in his opinion top businesses stay on top, and spices it up with a few anecdotes from his own career.

     Like why exactly he had to pay off the ex-girlfriend of his old buddy and colleague ... or just which mistake allowed him to almost make billionaire ...
