Nervous Time

It was definitely not the 'best of times' for Ray Bradford. Two things happening made his future look very grim. First, his wife died as a result of a diving disaster. Second, his employer decided to terminate their aerospace defense business, and sent Ray to Washington D.C. to negotiate the cancellation of his program. Some of Brad's actions while dealing with D.O.D. and the F.B.I.'s Witness Protection Program opened the door to an number of unwanted consequences. They involved an array of people who deserved much, much better than they got.
