After the death of his aunt, Liam learns that he has inherited half of a Victorian house on a property in the middle of nowhere. The downside is that Eleanor, a woman he believes inveigled her way into his aunt’s affection, gets the same deal.

There is also a small fortune to be had but to earn it they have to spend every night in the house together for a year on a strict budget while they renovate.

Liam has a few ideas on how they can make extra money to get around the budget but has trouble getting Eleanor to see things his way.

However there is one thing they can agree on; they’re not alone in the house…
