This is the first satirical fiction of its kind in Hindi. It exposes the working style of beaurocracy from inside as a medium to lead to the ultimate social values. It also sees social values with the eyes of ecosystem in nature. Fishes signify the various tiers of the people which are part of our society. As in nature bigger fish eats smaller fish so in society exploitation goes on from stronger to poor which may be physical or mental. In print the work was popular as BMCM in India and was widely accepted.
Author Nishith Ranjan Tiwari is working in Forest Department as officer of first grade. His style of Hindi writing is very peculiar and specific. Basically he writes satires.
