It’s 2087. The nation-state is crumbling, overtaken by the new mega-citizens, collections of ruthless global corporations locked in a struggle for supremacy. The whole planet is a company town these days and if you’re not on their grid, you’re on your own.

That means there’s always work for Japes and his crew of renegade fixers. They had no idea what they were getting into when they saved a stranger from getting beaten to death. They're already wanted for corporate sabotage, so it seemed like getting him home would be the hard part. Then they found themselves with ringside seats to something bigger than they could’ve imagined. These days it’s dangerous work doing the right thing, but how else could they have this much fun?
