Be Our Guest: Basic English for Hotel Staff

A 12-unit course in basic English for trainee employees in the hotel business. It focuses on the types of conversations which typically occur between hotel employees and hotel guests. The course is designed for students with a slight knowledge of English. A separately-purchasable cassette is available. The course is organized in modular units and is topic-based. It concentrates on listening and speaking as these are the skills needed by hotel employees.
