Mediation, Principles and Practice, 3d (Coursebook)

After a general overview, the chapters are divided so that each one introduces a distinct stage in the mediation process, which the student can dissect and master. Upon putting the process together, a number of contemporary issues facing mediation are examined. The chapters are designed so that each instructor can determine the specific order of assignment. The textbook includes exercises, questions, and problems for simulations. The book can be used as a coursebook in a more traditional course on mediation, as the basis for a skills based course, or as the text for a clinical course.
