West's Louisiana Statutory Criminal Law and Procedure, 2010 ed.

This title contains the text of Article I of the Louisiana Constitution, Declaration of Rights; Title 14 (Criminal Law) and Title 15 (Criminal Procedure) of the Louisiana Revised Statutes; the Code of Criminal Procedure; and the Code of Evidence. It also includes criminal provisions relating to motor vehicles and drivers, controlled dangerous substances, weapons, forfeiture of property, public records disclosure by law enforcement agencies, rights of crime victims and witnesses, and family and dating violence protection. It also includes selected Children's Code provisions relating to delinquency, traffic violations, child in need of care, and families in need of services.
