The Master Reader

The Master Reader is designed to improve reading and thinking skills through a highly structured organization; multiple opportunities for practice, review, and assessment; and high-interest readings from textbook and popular sources. The text is organized into eleven chapters, each focusing on a specific reading and thinking skill. Each chapter includes skill instruction, practice exercises, applications, review tests, and mastery tests. Those interested in improving reading skills to the college level.
