Policy Networks and Communities: Theories and Approaches in Political Science

This book surveys approaches to informal and formal networks and communities in political science. It groups perspectives according to particular analytical criteria and poses the same analytical and methodological issues for each perspective, giving an overall sense of where the network approach is today and whether a common perspective exists.
