Psychosocial Aspects of Cystic Fibrosis

This work examines the psychosocial impact of the changes that have occurred in cystic fibrosis management. It includes sections on: the aetiology, pathology, course and treatment of cystic fibrosis; personal perspectives; developmental considerations; the illness network; therapeutic approaches; and major contemporary issues such as transplantation, genetic screening and new therapies.
