Text and Materials in Commercial Law

Commercial law is a wide-ranging subject that can be difficult to define. This work concentrates on covering all the topics most commonly taught on commercial law courses. Where necessary it cross refers to "Butterworths Commercial Law" for coverage of statutory material. However, it provides extracts from Commonwealth and American material not otherwise readily available to students. In addition, the authors' introductory section covers the foundation principles of commercial law.
