This book examines all forms of aviation insurance and their practical application. It focuses primarily on the basic principles of the English law on the subject but also looks at the law and decisions of other jurisdictions, in particular, aspects of US aviation insurance. A particular feature is the inclusion of the standard forms used in the London market, including those approved by Lloyd's Aviation Underwriters' Association and used by the various syndicates, companies and brokerages in the London market.
