This text looks at the organizational psychology of teams and team management and why teams can be such positive forces in organizations. It shows how valuable effective teams can be and goes on to discuss: what different teams look like; how managers can go about building a team; and how teams can influence their own organizations. This text aims to improve the reader's awareness of how to make the most of their team, and enhance their understanding of what makes that team tick.
