Dried blood stained the stone altat and as Kathy stepped into the stone circle, it seemed to expand, closing her in. The darkening sky pressed near. Footsteps grew louder, came nearer. She backed against the stones, wanting to scream, but no sound would come. Fear held her powerless. Powerless, she waited...
