Courageous Leadership Profile

Courageous Leadership Workshop helps leaders build their own courage and learn strategies and techniques for building courage in their constituents. Developed in conjunction with the Courageous Leadership Workshop, this self-rated assessment (the Courageous Leadership Profile) measures the ways one currently applies courage in the workplace and where opportunities exist for one to apply it more frequently and in different ways. During or prior to the workshop, facilitators may wish to administer the CLP self-rated 30-item survey that participants use to assess which of the three types of courage (TRY, TRUST, TELL) they use most often, and which they need to use more.

Courageous Leadership: Using Courage to Transform the Workplace is a comprehensive training package that offers consultants and facilitators a step-by-step approach for using courage to strengthen leadership skills, improve performance, and counteract the negative impacts of fear in the workplace. The Courageous Leadership training program provides trainers and consultants the tools needed for a 1/2-day or full-day workshop. The program modules can be presented as a standalone training workshop or integrated into your organization's existing training workshops.
