Tourism and the Hotel and Catering Industries in the Ec (European Community Law Series)

As yet it is unclear whether tourism as such will be formally incorporated as a policy in the EC Treaty. Nonetheless, many important aspects of tourism - including the freedom of movement of tourists, the right of establishment, the freedom to provide services, the movement of capital and EC financial support - already come within existing provisions and legislation. This work provides a clear and convenient account of the wide range of EC measures relating to Tourism and the allied Hotel and Catering industries.
