The Mckenny-Hall Portrait Gallery Of American Indians

As a child our neigbors had framed prints of the Native Americans in this book in their library. I had a love hate relationship with the prints. I would run into the room take a look, get scared and run out again. Recently I visited with their daughter and she had the above book with her and we poured over it. Pretty amazing with the vivid color prints and stories. So I had to have my own book. No I am not scared anymore but fascinated but wouldn't want to meet them in a dark ally. This is really a recorded history and is a must for any person truly interested in Native Americans.
