Islam and the Gospel

For the fifteen centuries of their mutual existence there has been no meaningful accommodation between Islam and Christianity. This book is about exploring that very issue, by exploring the history of the interaction between Christianity and Islam, by looking at the Qur'an and the Gospel and seeing what the future might hold for a continent where two faiths have come to coexist side by side. As a journey of exploration this book is very much a personal essay rather than a work of academic interest and I hope it will shine as much light on Biblical teaching and its relevance for our times as it does on the Qur'an.
