Divided Mountains

This story is from the diary about Levi Ritter's life when he was seventeen year old, and about his dramatic explorations. Levi's discovery of a lost cave in the Canadian Rocky Mountains unfolded to him a golden breastplate. This drove Levi on an epic journey into the unknown and allusive lands of Venezuela to resolve the mysteries written on the breastplate. During Levis traumatic search, he is captured and enslaved. In Levi's captivity, he is taught the ways of jungle survival, which after nine months he makes a death-defying feat to escape his captives. Within this time, Levi ends up in a circumstance which brings him to the point of death as he lies in the jungle wondered if he will ever see his family again, or find the mystery of the golden breastplate.
