This book gathers the finest ever collection of metamorphic rock photographs. Divided into two sections. Section One includes photomicrographs of a wide rangeof rock of different chemistries metamorphosed under a variety of physical conditions and in different metamorphic settings. Section Two deals with textures characteristic of metamorphic rocks.
