Willa Nilsson has a career in psychology, a passion for the study of dreams, and a heavy heart following the death of her friend, nightmare expert Bonnie Taylor, in a fall. When Willa becomes the trustee of her friend's dream journals, she learns a secret that almost died with Bonnie. As Willa unravels the story behind the secret, she realizes that she must confront Bonnie's unfinished business, but her efforts are fraught with complications, and great peril.
