Top Of The Range: A Recipe Collection of Southern Classics and Front Range BBQ Favorites

Truly a collection of favorite recipes from family and friends that spans the ages. We asked for some happy memories to be included with each recipe and got one reply, "a favorite because we were together as a family". Certainly an important consideration in today's rush, plus, there are many old favorites that will endure forever. All the recipes were tested in a home kitchen (some two or three times because they were so good) with hints and info added, on the side, for your cooking pleasure and, in some cases, amusement. It can be an interesting read even if you don't cook or a nice addition to your cookbook collection with over 250 recipes from east to west. Even with the trend toward internet recipes, we felt it would be a benefit for the cook to have a quality bound book to use, make notes in and then pass along to the next generation for their fond memories of "Mom's kitchen".
