Inside My Heart Dance Manual: Dances Of Universal Peace

A compilation of interfaith, inspirational songs and original dances in the tradition of Dances of Universal Peace. These are dances in the folk and circle dance tradition, where a group sings and dances together. These are moving meditations and prayers. There are 26 songs, drawing from the Christian, Goddess/Earth, Islamic, Sufi, Hebrew, HIndu and Native traditions. These uplifting tunes range from quiet and deeply meditative to rousing and playful. They address themes of honoring the earth, emotional healing, devotional practice, peace and inner awareness. There are several lively Children's dances.
