An over reaching Federal Government PsyOpts agent hires a prestigious Silicon Valley genetics research firm to develop a mind-reading chemical so they can monitor social deviants on U.S soil - particularly those who take drugs and espouse liberal social values. The tech firm’s research and development team is headed-up by sexy MIT biochemist and geneticist Julie Perthuis. Because of an accidental security breech, the psychoactive compound she is developing gets loose and mutates. Dogs are involved and money is made as the contagion spirals out of control, forcing the military to flex its muscle. The outcome is a massive global change. Life on earth is forever changed. The story is a classic confrontation between the forces of good and the forces of evil with an ending that is unexpected and out of this world.
