In Capitol Punishment, Special Agents Art Jefferson and 'Frankie' Aguirre, who thrilled readers in Pearson's previous novel, October's Ghost, are back again. This time they are in pursuit of a white supremacist--John Barrish--who has in his arsenal a chemical weapon so lethal that the smallest amounts can cause mass death.
