Jason has been Chiara's boyfriend for about one year. He is a world-class rock climber who has been free soloing for a couple years. That style of climbing requires the utmost control of body and mind. Chiara's disappearance challenges the control in his life because he can't find her. The mob in Las Vegas wants control too.
