Stations of the Cross: Featuring Art From St. Mary's Church

Pray the Stations of the Cross with the paintings from St. Mary's Church in Dubuque, Iowa. St. Mary’s Church was dedicated to St. Mary and placed under the patronage of Our Lady’s Assumption on February 10, 1867. In the early 1900’s, an artist from Bavaria painted the Stations of the Cross which still hang in the church today. Enclosed are photos of these beautiful paintings. On May 25, 2010, the last Mass was celebrated and her doors were closed. May the memory of the St. Mary’s Church and her people live on.
