Bill Ryan was their server, and his stories are juicier than the food he served. Though he likes to think of himself as a writer and raconteur by trade, Bill first waited tables and tended bar in Lowell, Massachusetts. He took his serving talents to New York City, Martha's Vineyard and Los Angeles. Bill has also worked as a New York City cabdriver, a bookseller, a butler and a volunteer at the Sundance Film Festival. Obviously, Bill doesn't hold a job long with the exception of the thirteen years he worked for the Writers Guild of America West, where he was the stage manager for their award show.
