It is 2011, the world basks in technological achievement as tensions rise during the post 9/11 world. As the global economy tanks the Silverlight corporation posts record profits thanks to their stranglehold on consumer technology goods. Vying for greater power the corporation launches an expedition to uncover an ancient artifact site off the Strait of Gibraltar. The site is transposed to Kingsport University, a Silverlight owned and operated university of global acclaim in Kingsport, Maryland, a newly re-zoned district under corporate direct control. The orders to Dr. Cynthia Agnew and her interns are clear, they are to investigate, catalogue, but they are not to ever dig. As curiosity gets the better of Vivian Maybell, the Professor’s lead intern, they discover the truth behind Silverlight’s success. They did not invent the technologies that gave them fame, they stole it. When a being in suspended animation converts Vivian into a succubus, a demon out of legend and mythology the team is forced into the center of world attention. The news media declares to the world that humanity is not alone, putting the Succubae in a direct spotlight. As faith and fear are put to the front of the world’s tempest Vivian and her fellow succubae are locked in deadly conflict between private factions within the shadowy Silverlight Corporation, caught between personal strife and a scared population that would rather see them disappear and an ancient enemy who threatens to end this world as we know it. Nothing was ever as it seemed, we are not alone, we never were… this was not a single planet… It is a Triple World.
