As a nurse at a home for the elderly, Rachel is known as the one who breaks the rules -- she becomes too close to her patients and often takes them on excursions she shouldn't. Desmond is one of those patients, and all he wants for Christmas is to go to the home he and his late wife, Lucy, built and raised their daughter.
