Thirty-six-year-old Sabbath Dyme is a convicted child killer. But after eighteen years behind the bars of an

Arkansas death row cell, he is suddenly released. With his wife by his side, he finds shelter in the home of prominent restaurant owner Connie Horton, located on Little Rock’s Delphi Pond.

But after Dyme’s wife makes a shocking accusation against him, his comfortable new situation turns into a nightmare. The incident draws the attention of local detective Bill Brass, who must work to uncover some unusual circumstances and potentially place the ex-con back behind bars.

Brass is not the only one searching for answers—teen amateur sleuth Anna Blue and former special forces soldier Ron Cole are just a couple of the nosy neighbors who keep a watchful eye on the prosperous Little Rock neighborhood.
