Dying to Teach

New York City teacher Gigi Giovanni is summoned to San Francisco for the reading of the Last Will and Testament of a colleague, Christine Newall, a teacher who taught in her school, a teacher who kept to herself. Gigi is shocked to learn that she is executor of Christine s considerable estate as well as guardian to the dead woman s sister, a patient in a mental institution. In control of her coworker s considerable fortune, Gigi discovers that someone has been embezzling Christine s money, someone who has good reason to want Gigi dead. The bodies pile up not only in San Francisco but also in New York City, Gigi s home town.
